I am passionate about Realizing Full Potential.
I discovered this passion while working in various corporate leadership roles, where I learned first hand that cultivating one's inner leadership is foundational to becoming a better leader and human being. I took the leap to dedicate my career to this work and developed myself through completing leading edge professional certifications in the Leadership Development and Wholistic Transformation. In the last 20 years, I have acquired a wide range of experience, expertise and knowledge across industry, organizational contexts, and cultures; working with wonderful humans in the C-suite to the front lines.
While working with Aberkyn, A McKinsey company, and directly for my own clients, I have served thousands of leaders and many teams, and shared amazing moments of incredible transformation, life changing interventions and amazing revelations and realizations.
Deeply committed to expanding my own consciousness, and realizing my full potential, I have also experienced the roller coaster of my own transformational journey. My own journey was originally fueled by a desire to be a better version of myself for the people I worked with, and for my husband, children and the generations to come. It was not always easy, yet integrating my personal and spiritual growth has enabled me to deepen my Self-Mastery, Wisdom, Intuition, Compassion, Calmness, Presence, Inner Peace, Nurturing, Creativity, Well-Being, and Sense of Love, Joy and Freedom in life. My superpower is that I can integrate all these in any collaboration, as needed.
The essence of my work with individuals and groups is to create a safe, connected and empowered space for leaders to transform and expand their range of possibilities.
In this empowered space, consciousness is raised and limiting mindsets and behaviors that hold us back from living our full potential can be transcended.
